DiaGenic has an active patent strategy and is seeking to build a patent portfolio that ensures a solid protection of products within the diagnostic use of gene expression in blood samples. DiaGenic’s patent portfolio consists of three patent families. A patent family is a collection of patents, patent applications, of a regional and national nature, which include one or more inventions.

DiaGenic has several applications pending with the patent authorities in the most important markets for the company’s future products.

DiaGenic has now more than 100 patents (granted/allowed) within the three patent families, reflecting its position as a world leader among molecular diagnostic companies involved in developing blood based gene expression tests.
